Weekend Trip to Western New York

This past weekend we went "home" to WNY to visit some of our northern friends and family.
Here is Jonathan with Cole.

Cole is the son of our best WNY friends, Bill & Kathie. Cole is 5 mos. older than Jonathan, but weighs only six pounds more than him!!!

Here are all of the Ashley cousins...
Mackenize (5), Hannah (7), Ashley (16 mos.) and Jonathan (2 mos.). It is hard to take decent pictures of kids!

We arrived Thursday and had dinner with Nathan's parents, Aric, Becca and their 3 girls. Friday we hung around with Nathan's parents and then enjoyed an extended family dinner at the cottage. Uncle John, Aunt Linda & Grandma Ashley were there in addition to everyone who was at dinner the night before. My sister Ashley happened to be coming to the area with Adam for their pre-marital counseling with the pastor who is marrying them. They stopped by the cottage on their way.

On Saturday, Nana watched Jonathan for us. Nathan went snow mobiling with Uncle John and some of his friends. He had a blast! It was the first snow mobile of the season. Nathan hadn't been in quite some time.The weather was great. They road about 60 miles, stopping for lunch and other times just to hang out.

I went with my sister to Buffalo to pick up her wedding dress. It is beautiful!!! (I can't say anything more about that!) Then we went to Tim Horton's for lunch, went shopping and back to Nathan's parents house. We laughed and had so much fun. It really made me excited for her wedding!

Saturday night we went to Bill & Kathie's house with Ashley, Adam, Becca, Aric and my best friend from elementary school, Michelle. Here is Michelle with Jonathan.

We had chicken wings, pizza and good fellowship!

Overall, we had a great trip and we were glad to be there!
